▼ Cloning and Expression

Stasiv et al. (1994) reported the cloning of a cDNA encoding a c-myc promoter-binding protein called IRLB. The predicted amino acid sequence contains a putative alpha-helical DNA binding region. Bacterially expressed protein was shown to bind to the ISRE (interferon-stimulated response element) of the c-myc promoter.

Cloning and Expression

Stasiv et al. (1994) reported the cloning of a cDNA encoding a c-myc promoter-binding protein called IRLB. The predicted amino acid sequence contains a putative alpha-helical DNA binding region.
