COM | Previously ADORA1 has been mapped to 22q11.2-q13.1 (in situ hybridization; Libert-1991). Later Libert et al. had verified the sequences of the clones used as probes in their localization study and concluded that their probe was not ADORA1. Townsend-Nicholson-1995 located ADORA1 to 1q32.1 based upon both the mapping of the cDNA and the mapping of a cosmid containing the A1 receptor subtype gene." |
