Bell et al. found no evidence to indicate that SH3BP2 is the tumor suppressor gene at 4p16.3 involved in bladder cancer (Bell-1997); however, it is a gene of interest because of potential negative regulation of the ABL oncogene (GEM:09q341/ABL1)." |
