Gene: [22q112/ADORA2A] adenosine A2a receptor; [ADORA2 RDC8 ]

COM

Previously ADORA2/ADORA2A has been mapped to Chr 11q11-13 (by in situ hybridisation; Libert-1991; Szepetowski-1993). Later Libert et al. had verified the sequences of the clones used as probes in their localization study and concluded that their probe was not ADORA2. MacCollin-1994 located ADORA2 to Chr 22 based upon both analysis of cosmid clones from Chr 22 library and by Southern hybridization with a comprehensive somatic cell hybrid panel. By FISH Le-1996 localized the ADORA2A gene on Chr 22q11.2"

FUN
